I am simply trying to populate the subject field in my outlook template with upto 250 characters so that when it is sent, they see what the template refers to. New at this but this sure would help.

I developed a slightly modified Contact form by adding a few additional standard fields to the upper right side of the General tab. I used the standard form, made the slight changes and then saved and published the custom form.

According to the Outlook 2003 help file, you can change the General page of the contact form. All I want to do is add some controls for existing fields. I don't want any new fields. I just want to be able to view some information that only appear if you pick the appropriate
