I created a form and it works well. What I would like is once the person who
fills out the form clicks the Send button, the form goes to the
pre-designated recipients and the Sender gets an Auto-Reply that states
"Thank you for the form......."

Several people in my company are having trouble loading forms published to
the Organisational Forms Library.

I have created outlook forms with embedded vb scripts. Script takes form info

Greetings - we have some custom task forms created in OL2002 that have
some pdf and excel spreadsheets with the form.  We'd like to know if we
can also include a shortcut icon to a spreadsheet that resides in a
network share so that users can click on the shortcut when receiving
