I created a form and it works well. What I would like is once the person who fills out the form clicks the Send button, the form goes to the pre-designated recipients and the Sender gets an Auto-Reply that states "Thank you for the form......."

I have created outlook forms with embedded vb scripts. Script takes form info and puts it in Access db. Stopped working after I ungraded PC. Security configuration for Outlook needed? A scripting provider needed maybe. Any help will be appreciated.

I have been trying to create a custom form with a simple signature line filled in. Nothing to major, or so I thought So I create the form, publish it, then I cannot make it the default for the new messages, fine, I think from my reading through here, this cannot be done.
