default contacts folder but I'm not sure how to extract them from a user
defined folder.

filling out the form at times a message "Backout Plan field must not be
blank:" is popped up. (They will then press the OK button to turn it off).

Can I modify the littel form Check Address with the Address Details or - if
not - can I make my own instead of the default.
