I "sent" a message with a rather large attachment that is stuck in the
outbound box.  Because Outlook has started sending, it will not let me stop,
delete, cancel the process.  I have terminated the program, rebooted, and it
is still being seen as "in progress".

I am trying to create  custom contact form which has additional information
in user defined fields. An  example is to add the account manager details as

I'm looking for a way to add custom statusses to outlook tasks (outlook 2003).
You've got Not started, in progress, completed, waiting on someone else and
deferral... but is there a way of adding custom statusses that will be
available to other tasks as well?
