I am working with Outlook 2003 custom forms. I am using the
Open,Read,Reply,Forward events in the form code. But I never see the script
executing for Reply and Forward events. Rest all are working fine. Do I need
to change any setting for the message or for the outlook ...

When I move a form to a new folder, the code behind the form does not work
any more and all my fields are initialised to enable mode which were
