I created a custom interlibary loan reply form. I then created the message form that begins the interlibrary loan process. Under actions I set reply to connect to the ill reply form. I published both forms to a folder on the exchange server.

My ojbective is to create a form, with a listbox, to popup once Outlook has opened. The form should display any new bullet board messages that have been posted but the user has not read yet. So far, I've been able to get my form to popup right as Outlook opens.
