Hi all, I am new at customizing outlook forms and I am having an issue

personal forms library ("IPM.Appointment.Billing").  Here's how I want it to

I'm trying to teach myself about customized forms.  I have a book on
Mastering Outlook 2000 and it refers to three classes of forms: personal,
organizational and folder.  Then it tells me how to open a form for
customization.  Tools | Forms | Choose Form.  Ok, that works...  Then ...
