I'm using Outlook 2003.  I have created a form in outlook with custom made
form fields(text/number).  This form has 3 different tabs/pages if you will.  
When the form goes to the end user, I would like to export the data collected
into an access database.  I do not know coding ...

Guys, every time i open my outlook this message appears:
"Unable to open your default e-mail folder. The file C:\Documents and
settings\ Local settings\ Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is
not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders Information service.

I have modified the default contact form by adding the department field to
the general tab and published it.  I need to have the existing 150 contacts
use this form and have the field show when people view the listings in the
folder.

I want to create a form which increases it serial number automatically once a
person uses it. Just like a Bill No. in Bill book.
