I am looking for Outlook template for survey, or some add-in for survey. This
is NOT the same Exchange organization, this for any internet user. I meant

Good morning,
I have a small project I am working on to customise a form and have
three problems.
1. I do not seem to be able to add any new controls to the basic Task &
Outlook 2002 custom form on 200330 Jan 2006 20:56 GMT6
I created a custom form in Outlook 2000 that will allow associates to sign up
for company flights and update the flight calendar.  I have since upgraded to
2003 and now I am unable to open the form in design mode.  And no one with

I'd like to send an email weekly at a certain time.  I've been searching
around on the web and found a post with the following text/code.
Can someone expound a bit for me?  is the "ThisOutlookSession" the name of a

I have created a form in Outlook but the Message box (frame) is blank when I
send an email. Also I would like to have the form visible on the preview
pane. Can someone please advice?
