I created a new mail template.  In the Field Chooser I created user-defined
fields.  I created fields called, Rate, New Employee Name, ID No., Title/Dept
and Start Date.  I wanted to load this Outlook mail template on Human
Resources computer so they can sent IT an email with all ...

I can create an appointment with a contact in my local contact folder.  
However, if I select a contact in the public folder it does not show on the
activities of the contact.
Any ideas?

by the standard icon indicating that tracking info has been received (the

I am creating a form in outlook (2003) to handle scheduling on a public
calender at my office. Everything scheduled using this form will be an
