Assuming an HTML-formatted message, how does one set the background image programmatically?  Just like when you go Format -> Background -> Picture, and then browsing to the image.  Don't want to use Sendkeys if at all possible.  Thanks!

Having form cache problems on Outlook 2003 in public folders.
No problem whatsoever if I run the form via Terminal Server.  What is
different about Terminal Server vs. the local that would free up any errors?

goes into the body of the email and the recipients can't open it.
it should go on the bottom or under subject in the from section.
