I can do some customizing of the forms, but I haven't been successful at
creating the drop-down boxes.  Does anyone know of an Advanced Outlook

I have a COM Add-In (in VB) that is called by an action button on a
command bar. This dll creates a new meeting request using a customized
form (based on the Outlook Meeting Item) and then mails in to everybody
as needed. All this works fine.

While doing email merge, Step 4 of 6(Write your email message),Selecting
'More Items' to 'Insert Merge Fields > (1) 'Check Data base Fields>certain
fields like Job Title,Middle Name is not appearing.

I'd like to use a sequential auto generated number in one of my Public
Folder Post forms.  Is there a VBA script available for that or do I need to
link to an Access db to generate an auto number?  If so, how?

I am creating a form as a standard template.  I am able to edit the standard
Subject field, but am unable to edit the standard Message field.  When I
right-click and go Properties, I do not get the same options as I do on the
Subject field.  Any ideas anyone?

I created a form and published to the public folder.  If I CREATE a new
Contact on that public folder, the form shows correctly.
However, when the contacts I imported into the public folder do not show the
form I created.  It appears as though it is the default contact form.

How might I get rid of the message text in the navagation frame in outlook.  
Don't need to see it twice.  Just want one line showing "From", "Subject",

I've created a new form in Outlook 2003 for our company to use.  It is saved
and published to our shared, networked drive, but I noticed something
troubling the other day.
