I work for a small nonprofit group for pastors and outreach organization
leaders who meet once monthly as well as have an annual "love your city"  

I am using the "NOW" function in a form that automatically dates a form when
posted.
This has worked fine for years but in Outlook 2003 when you view the posted
form it changes the stored value on the form to the current date and time,

I am trying to enter a formula and have it automatically consider the weekend.

There is a custom form that I modify frequently and I was wondering if there is any way to programmatically open the form in design mode?  Currently I have to go Tools -> Forms -> Design a Form -> Personal Forms Library -> select the form (or double-click) -> Open
