I've recently bought a new pc and have networked the old pc with the form on
it. I copied my Outlook personal folder to the new pc, (office 2003 btw)

I have created a form and would like to be able to use it to send out to
users.  I want these users to be able to fill out the information in the form
and email it back.  I have tried but my email always comes up blank or the
fields are empty.

I've created a custom form in Outlook based on the contacts template and have
saved it to a shared network drive and published it.  Everyone that I've
given the same permissions to, is able to use it just fine.

I am wondering if you can edit the 1st page of the default task form? When I
try to do so, all of my edit options are disabled.  I can edit the contact
form, but not the task.  Please advise.
