Is it possible to design a custom Outlook Contact form to do the following:
1) Populate form with Exchange public folder data (I am doing this now)
2) Based on a key field in the Exchange Contact database, bring in
additional fields from a SQL Server database.  

After I log into my Network, I was able to launch Outlook with no problem (no
password needed) .... Now, after I login, Outlook is prompting for a password
and ID ... what would cause this sudden change and is there a fix??

I have a set of Option Buttons on my custom form.  My problem is when I
select one of the two it is not showing up on the sent message (read page).  
Any ideas?

In 98, we had two forms - one visible and one hidden because it was
designated in the actions page of the other under "Creates form of type" for
