Error publishing a Form to Organizational Forms Library unable to go to folder13 Apr 2006 11:40 GMT4
When trying to publish a Form to the organizational forms library I get a
message that says "An error occurred while going to this folder" I am using
Outlook 2003 version (11.8010.6568) SP2 and I have my exchange hosted through
APPTIX an exchange hosting company.

In my custom form I created a date field with format hh:mm PM (that is
displaying only the time, not the date). When I entered 1700 (without . or
:) it displayed 8:00AM (instead of 5:00PM). Is this a bug or the way it

I currently have two voting buttons approve and deny which i have setup
on the actions tab of form design and i need them to when pressed to
open a new email including all of the relevent information in email

After I log into my Network, I was able to launch Outlook with no problem (no
password needed) .... Now, after I login, Outlook is prompting for a password
and ID ... what would cause this sudden change and is there a fix??

I have a set of Option Buttons on my custom form.  My problem is when I
select one of the two it is not showing up on the sent message (read page).  
Any ideas?

In 98, we had two forms - one visible and one hidden because it was
designated in the actions page of the other under "Creates form of type" for
the actions Reply and Respond to User (a button that appears when receiving
the first form).

I've edited the meeting form and added a code for ite_open() event so every
time the form is opened a mail is sent to me.
The form works when i open the item from my calendar, but if my delegate
open my calendar from his outlook nothing happens (not even msgbox). If the

The Message section of a custom form has my signature in it - is there any
way to remove this so that it's gone when I publish it to the OFL?
