When trying to publish a Form to the organizational forms library I get a message that says "An error occurred while going to this folder" I am using Outlook 2003 version (11.8010.6568) SP2 and I have my exchange hosted through APPTIX an exchange hosting company.

I currently have two voting buttons approve and deny which i have setup on the actions tab of form design and i need them to when pressed to open a new email including all of the relevent information in email subject and body below is my code:

Is it possible to design a custom Outlook Contact form to do the following: 1) Populate form with Exchange public folder data (I am doing this now) 2) Based on a key field in the Exchange Contact database, bring in additional fields from a SQL Server database.

After I log into my Network, I was able to launch Outlook with no problem (no password needed) .... Now, after I login, Outlook is prompting for a password and ID ... what would cause this sudden change and is there a fix??

In 98, we had two forms - one visible and one hidden because it was designated in the actions page of the other under "Creates form of type" for the actions Reply and Respond to User (a button that appears when receiving the first form).

The Message section of a custom form has my signature in it - is there any way to remove this so that it's gone when I publish it to the OFL? Thanks.
