I have an intermittent issue with Outlook forms. Sometimes we receive the form and other times we receive the form as a regular e-mail. This affects everyone who uses forms. We all use Outlook 2003 with no Service Pack (SP). As I mentioned before it is an intermittent issue.

I have a form that has several field that either need to be key'd in or have drop down menu's for selections. What I want to do is lock all fields so the person I am sending the form to won't be able to make any changes. In essence lock the data.
