I have created a custom form based upon a contact form, & now I cannot seem
to use a "flag to follow up" with it, can anyone help please

We have a form published on both exchange organizations A & B and
message format is set to RTF, although when organization A user send
form along with data to  org B user receives a blank email whereas
incase of internal recipients of exchange server its working well.

I am creating a custom message form and I want to create a start date field
that works just like the start date field on the task form.  My problem is I
can not figure out how to get the calendar to show up when selecting the
dropdown arrow.

Ok heres the deal
I am trying to create a form in outlook, now that in its self is not to hard
but i am not a programmer and i wanted to get a bit flash, here is what i

I have the code to use a date picker on a form.  The form works great if I go
through the Choose forms and open the form.  But it will not work if I add it
as a template in our public folders so everyone can use it.  Can anyone tell
me how to get it to work there as well?

We're having problems sending Custom Exchange forms to other Exchange
Organization.
This problems started two months ago, and we stil can't find a solution.
What we do is to create Custom Outlook Forms from a Messages form and when
