I have created a custom form based upon a contact form, & now I cannot seem
to use a "flag to follow up" with it, can anyone help please

We have a form published on both exchange organizations A & B and
message format is set to RTF, although when organization A user send
form along with data to  org B user receives a blank email whereas
incase of internal recipients of exchange server its working well.

I am creating a custom message form and I want to create a start date field
that works just like the start date field on the task form.  My problem is I
can not figure out how to get the calendar to show up when selecting the
dropdown arrow.

i want to remove global address list and add custom address lists to the
address list drop down in the select name dialog box in Outlook 2003. Is
there any way to implement this functionality?

but i am not a programmer and i wanted to get a bit flash, here is what i
