I've created a form and published it in my personal forms folder. I also saved it (oft) on my desktop. But when I retrieve the form and address the email to my self to test it, it comes across as a blank email. I clicked on the "send from definition with item.

I use a lot of auto correct options when I am creating and answering e-mails. I use some forms that were created by the company that I work for and the Auto Correct options do not work in the fields. Is there somehting I need to activate?
