I've created a custom form (no code) to serve as our client database in
Outlook and published it to our public folders.  Up until a week ago, it was
working fine.  Everyone had permissions to edit and add new contacts to this
folder.

Is it possible to create a new form based on the "message' form
removing the attachment button and the ability to use the menu option
"Insert" ?
Or starting with the "post" form, create a really spartan "compose

I have created a outlook mail form. It's working fine in our

I am new to working with Oulook Forms.  I have an .oft created in OL2003 that
we would like to "give" to our customer so they can place orders.  They have
OL2003 w/Exchange Server.  They will be sending the form to us, we have OL2K
and are using a POP3 MDeamon.

We created two templates (*.oft) as task request and placed them on our
internal website.  Both templates are setup with a default email address and
the send function so all the user has to do is fill in the information and
click the "Send" button.

works fine except that it must use a specific Outlook profile to send
the email instead of the one owns by the user.  I added another profile
to the user's Outlook and instructed the user to open up that profile
