I designed - really modified a contact form. I added a page 2 so I could tract specific information about the contact. I want to print a hard copy to put in a reference book. It will not print the page I created nor does it show up in print preview.

I just upgraded from Outlook XP (2002). All my old forms appear blank. I went through the usual routine of clearing my cache, and reloading each form. I see the form, but none of the custom actions work anymore.

I created an .oft form for the subject form. The "message" area of the form was created using the Field Chooser and I used the "message" field. When I try to share this form with others and old signature of mine shows up within the message.
