When I debug from my project in VS2005, add-in works normal. But when I install it from Installer, and run Outlook, in COM Add-ins warning that: "Not loaded. A runtime occurred during the loading of the COM add-in". I don't know why???

Suppose that I have 200 contacts in outlook 2003. Those contacts have been created with the default "Contact" form. Now I make a customised "Contacts" form. For instance I add some fields, perhaps controls, but I do not remove any existing fields.
