I need to make a template that can be filled out by out help desk, sent to
the customer for them to complete, then sent back to our help desk.  I
created a template using outlook and I could not see how to lock the form
down.  Is this even possible?  I created a template in word ...

I need to track my e-mails  by job# and then number each e-mail consecutively
as they are being sent out. I'm using Outlook 2003.
The route I'm taking is to create a form similar to the 'send e-mail'
template from Outlook, add a combo for job#s and link it to an Excel sheet.

I am looking to develop (or slightly modify) an Outlook Form so that
the tab is a link to a Web Page. In essence it is simply displaying
the IE Window as the form in Outlook - is this possible?

Hello and Help! (I'm new to vb addins)
I have just started to work my way throught the Micorosft Press book on
Programming Applications for MSO Outlook 2007. Have followed the instructions
to download the vb samples/addins and have installed them successfully.
My Outlook Custom Forms have been ruined by a secuity issue in SP201 Apr 2007 20:57 GMT1
I had developed 6 custom forms in Outllook 2003 and Windows XPpro which we
had used with much success in our facility for over 3 years.  But after
installing SP2 the forms can be opened at the point of origin, data entered
and sent.  But when the recipient gets it the form opens ...
