I am running a program in .NET, what it does is read the outlook contacts folder and dump into sql server. I want to run this as a nightly job, the problem is when I run it prompts me for Yes/No, which I want to disable(shouldn't not prompt).

Is there a way to clear out/delete some of the "User Defined Fields" from Outlook 2003? I have some many in there, and can not access the ones I need to access in an advanced search. I hope there is! Please let me know!

I have designed a form for Order Entry. One customer can order more items but I want one item per email. Is there a way to send order1 (item1) and keep the basic information ( name, address, place, etc.) for order2 in the form for the next item?
