I am trying to create a form to be used as a help desk ticketing system.  I
have created the form both a post and a message, not sure how to really use
either one at this point.  I have a public folder called Help Desk,
apparently all public folders default to a Post item not a ...

We use a number of custom forms that worked perfectly in Outlook 2003.  When
we migrate to Outlook 2007, however, the control is replaced by a large red X

I am looking for a way to start a form I created in VB editor via either a
custom action or script. I have no idea how to do either.

I am having problems with a drop down list in a custom form.
When ever I add fields, outlook replaces the comma with a semi colon.
For example I need to add "On site, out of office", this then becomes
"Onsite; out of office" and they get seperated in two drop down options (On

list of required attendees.  However, this list is not populated until the

We have a user who has Outlook 2007, when she opens the email sent from a
2003 user, the form is blank. She has been able to publish the .oft ok and
when she sends the form to a 2003 user, we can open and read it ok.

The contact has Business Address and the "SelectedMailingAddress" set to 2.
If contact has Home Address the "SelectedMailingAddress" set to 1.
It is always Business or Home, No contact will have both.

I'm a newbie to Outlook and Exchange.  Can forms be "pushed" to users?  In other words, can I create a form and share it with other users (as one would do with calendars) so that it can be used across the enterprise.
