Is there a way to retrieve via VBScript a list of forms in a particular public folder? At 4:14 AM, I woke up realizing that if you could get a list of forms you could use that as a work around to only publishing a form to one location.

I have a custom form with code. Is there a way to make a Desktop shortcut, or a button in Outlook that will open the form? I tried saving a copy of the form (as an .oft file) - the form opened but the code did not run.

I created a form in Outlook. When someone opens the form and fills in fields and selects check boxes then hits Send, the form appears in the correct Inbox, but without any of the entered information, only the blank form itself.
