Hi. I use Outlook 2003 in WinXP. I have a contact in address book. When I send him an e-mail, in my Sent Items his name in some e-mails appears like Alan Smith and in anothers like 'Alan Smith' separately. How can I make it just Alan Smith (without quotes).
