I would like to make two equal AddIn Buttons in Outlook.

I created a form and now I want to add an "Approved" and "Not

I have created a custom form....
Now i open the form fill in all the info and send it... wondefull all good...
but the person reciving the form see nothing?

I need to be able to change the height of the form via a combobox (since it
"adds" or rather unhides textbox controls) and the form needs to expand with
