I created an Outlook e-mail message form. It appears fine on my screen when I
go to File, Chose Form, (select the form I created). I type the info into the
form, hit send. When opened by the receipient it is blank, except for the
subject line.

What is involved in getting a created form to open directly to the renamed
P.2 tab? and how is it possible to have the tabs hidden so you do not see the
tabs when opened?

I created a form and added a From text field on th read page. However, when I
run the form the From field is empty. I've even copy and pasted this field
from other forms where it works and made sure all the seetings are the same
and it still doesn't work.

A form that I created always sets "Have replies sent to:" in the "Message
