I am trying to create a multipage message, with 3 tabs, each one contains the
same message but in a different language. In fact, the aim is to create a
Service Message template, in English/French/German. When the recipient

I created a new form based upon the standard message form. I entered all of
the components that I wanted and published it to my personal folder. When I
select the form to send a new message, only the address line appears and not
the form body. What have I done wrong?
