I have created a new form (for an appointment) in my Outlook 2003 calendar. In this form there are many textboxes. In that box must be put a name or description for that appointment. Now, I want to count automatically the number of textboxes wich are filled.

I would like to create a form that looks very much like the "Outlook Today" form (not sure it is really a form) and associate it with a folder that has been created. Anyone got some instructions or a website with some hints as to how I can accomplish this?

For many (5) years, my company has had a custom form that accepts meeting requests, is emailed to a calendar administrator, and then if approved, the appointment item (generated by vbscript from the form) is moved/copied into the public folder calendar.

My OL form behaves properly in email and saves multiple checkbox values when sent. All values except the checkbox values print properly. Why can I not get the checkbox values to print?
