I have a customer contact form I have in a separate active directory.  I want
the reading pane to use this form, it is defaulting to the default contact
form.  Is there a way to change that setting?

I have created a form, and published it to a draft folder as it is not ready
for wide use.  When I go back in to select the form from my draft folder,
everything looks great.  The problem is after filling out the form and

I have totally confused myself....I was successful at adding/publishing a
new contact form, but I'm unable to do it again.  Can anyone tell me exactly
which folder/folders do I publish a contact form to?  The new contact folder

Is it possible, when adding a new contact, to a custom made contact form, to

We're using Outlook 2007 with BCM (XP pro).  Customizing a form was working
just fine when Outlook crashed.  Upon rebooting BCM was gone.  I've since
