My question is weather a form published in an Organisational forms library , avaiable to users when they are not connected to the exchange server. Are the Org forms save on the user's file system and synchronized with the server?

i have created a custom form and published to my personal library folder.When i first mail the form to my self . it works fine. but when i forward the mail to some other ID with the exchange server, form is forwarded and controls are visible but the scripts done seem to work.

We are currently using outlook 2003. I have created a custom contact form and would like to make it the default contact form used, how do I do this? And is there any way of "switching" existing contacts from the old form to the new one?
