My question is weather a form published in an Organisational forms library ,
avaiable to users when they are not connected to the exchange server.
Are the Org forms save on the user's file system and synchronized with the
server?

i have created a custom form and published to my personal library
folder.When i first mail the form to my self . it works fine. but when i
forward the mail to some other ID with the exchange server, form is forwarded
and controls are visible but the scripts done seem to work.

I'm updating my categories in code using the Com objects and I see the
changes in Outlook but when I close and re-open the changes are not there.

We are currently using outlook 2003. I have created a custom contact form
and would like to make it the default contact form used, how do I do this?

Outlook 2007 w/Exchange.  Have a client that created and published an
IPM.Contact.Contact form years ago with many custom fields.  After
lengthy discussion we decided to return to standard form.
