Whenever I open a Note Item and Close it (using the cross button on th

I have an A97 backend database on a NT 2000 server. This dB became
unavailable for use for a period of approx. 45 minutes. The error displayed

I make wide use of  large list of private Categories in my office system and
am so fed up with the related MS management tools that I have developed a
class which manages  an external database of Categories and  inserts
appropriate selections into the Standard Outlook contact form.

I have a VBS script that creates a phone list using CDO but I am having
trouble getting the above AD attribute out (which we are using for each
persons Phone Extension).  We are using it in the User Details Template as
Phone-Office-Other which comes up AOK.
