I am currently in a work situation where I send both US English and
Norwegian(bokmål) emails.  I would like to be able to set up something to
easily switch my spell check back and forth between the two languages.  Is

I mistakenly erased all my contacts on my desktop when syncing with a
handheld.  They aren't on the handheld either.  Is there any way to restore

This is probably a stupid question, but I can't seem to figure this

I've noticed that I receive a response in my inbox, sometimes hours before
that information is actually updated on the tracking tab of the sent item.  
Is there a way to speed up the time between the receipt of the vote and
