I used Microsoft's IConverterSession->MAPIToMIMEStm (exposed by Outlook
2003) to save an MSG into EML / RFC822 format.
I then turned around and tried to convert the eml file back to a MAPI  MSG /
LPMESSAGE using the reverse call of IConverterSession->MIMEToMAPI.

We need to complete these actions after an email is sent:
Check for database connectivity & mapped drive connectivity
Prompt a use whether they want save a copy of the email to our Database, if

We use a PGP gateway and have need to tag emails as "Sensitivity:
Confidential" on a regular basis. This is annoying in the default
manner.
We created a macro to open a new message that is already tagged, but I
