I have inherited a system which already has had an upgrade from outlook 97 to outlook 2002. I need to automate user setup. Is there a login or ADM template which will apply the exhange settings when the user logs in.

I have outlook at home and at my office. why doesn't the mail go to both sites, shouldn't I be able to access both accounts and have the same mail delivered to both? They are on the same server with all the same information.
