I just had MS Outlook 2000 installed at a store. When I got home and turned on the computer, they identfied the software licensed to/belonging to the wrong person. Can I change the info without reinstalling the software?

I've installed a lot of e-mail profiles both with Exchange servers and without but I've never seen this type of installation problem. The PC that I'm working on had MS Office Pro set up on it

I did a new installation of windows XP. I saved my .dbx folders on a CD. But I can't put them back in outlook... They are safe on the CD, I can read the files with MAILNAVIGATOR, but I can't tranfer the files.

I have quite a few users that user Microsoft Outlook to access mail on our server from their home. I make a host entry with the Serve name and approriate IP address in the Host file.
