Unable to open Outlook31 Oct 2003 22:20 GMT1
I just upgraded from win98se to win2000. When I replied to
emails I got an error that a msfax.dll was missing. I
tried "Detect & Repair" from Help as suggested, and now
when I try to open outlook I get the following error:

I have upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003 on Windows
XP HE and the end result has been a disaster. The upgrade
appeared to proceed without error but the resulting

Setting up a new machine w/ XP Pro & Office Small Bus.
Set up Outlook w/ multiple mail accounts exactly like

I remember that OE v4.x  had an option for connecting to your Hotmail
account, but I can't seem to find anything about it.  Is it still possible?
And/Or does anyone know the server numbers and settings for the Hotmail
