for some reason on re installation of outlook 2000, i
have to continueally re enter passwords to recive mail.

I am using Outlook 2000.  I would like to re-set all the setting in
Outlook to their default and remove all the email/newgroups accounts.
I tried to uninstall Outlook and then re-install Outlook, but all my
accounts came back.  I want a "clean/new" install of Outlook.

I've installed Office 2000 on my workstation, but when I
try to add a new mail service setting, the "Services"

I can't understand why I get two and three copies of

I'm trying to get Outlook 2002 to automatically use html format when i reply a message. No matter what I do it comes up with rich text as the format. I use autosignatur, and this comes up in rich text and it looks bad. I wnat the whole message to show up as html format in replies ...

I have read numerous other posts aobut similar problems:
Outlook has can't seem to send mail over a non-provider DSL
connection.
In my case, the provider is Earthlink. Earthlink provides a workaround

Is there a way, using group policy for 2000 server and XP
Pro, to prevent a restricted user from being able to
add .pst files in outlook 2003? I can prevent email
accounts from being added but can't seem to stop data file

I have configured my exchange 2003 for RPC over http and
gone over all the notes, but when I go to a client
machine running outlook 2003 and go to connections to set
it for http, that setting is not there.  I have tried the

notification icon in the system tray remains.  Then when I try to either
right click the icon to open it it no longer respons, or when I then try to
