Since installing Office 2003 it appears that Outlook
Express (OE) has disappeared from IE. I followed help
instructions to add NEWS from Go command but somehow the
NEWS button has disappeared on the toolbar and it has now

I had a similar problem with Outlook 97/98.  Do you have a
virus email checker running?  I had to - temporarily -
switch that off to allow the uninstall and reinstall.  
Hope that's of some help.

I've encountered a send/recv issue with Outlook 2003 after upgrading

I purchased a pocket PC that came with Outlook 2002. I
syncronize with both my home PC and work PC. I was
required to install the outlook 2002 on both computers
when I installed Microsoft Active Sync. I cannot activate
