When I try to click Customize Outlook Today link on a Outlook Today Home Page, nothing is happened, so I can't Customize nothing. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong?

I just installed Office 2003 and am using Windows XP. When I close Outlook the icon remains in the task bar and I can not reopen it without rebooting the compter to clear it. I tried running detect and repair but no joy.
