I just did a clean XP install and then installed Office 2000. I want to customize Outlook today to change the way the main page looks when it opens, but the Customize Outlook Today tab will not open the required window.

Is it possible to choose which contacts to request "read receipts" from? I know you can select to request one each time you read an email, or request one from everyone, but that's not what I'm looking for. Is this possible? Any info would be appreciated.

I have just tried upgrading Outlook 97 to 98 and when I did this I Import .pst file however it did not transfer my most recent Contacts and e-mail from Sept 19 to Oct 1. How do I recover them?
