I just loaded Office 2003 and there is no tool bar. has

I have a new/clean installation of WindowsXP fully
updated from the MS website (yea all 40Meg).
I installed MS Office 2000 and fully updated that to
SR3 !!

How can I change the "Licensed to" name so that, when
Outlook splash screen comes up my end user sees his
correct name and not my "fat-fingered" version of it?

I upgraded my system form windows 98 to windows 2000, when
I click on Outlook it gives me a message, asking for the
installtion cd for office 2000, I have many versions of
Office 2000, but none of them seem to match the one it is
