I am trying to set up outlook 2002 from office xp pro and
it asks me for the location of the postoffice and I am
stumped. Where and how do I find the location of my
postoffice? It says for me to ask the adminstrator but it

I have a laptop and use the outlook.pst file from my
desktop when ever I go to a meeting. I copy and paste the
outlook pst file from my desktop computer to my laptop
over my network. Everything works fine except for the

Outlook 2003 won't let me use the import/export wizard.  I
have used the Office Disk and setup wizard to add
components, have made sure that all import export engines
are selected to run from computer (and all sub folders)

I have reloaded the sw w the instal disk, selected the
i/e option - it says it is loading the import/export
engine when I reinstall OL, but I can'g get to it

Upgraded to Office XP Pro. Outlook 2002 works fine except
that under customization of Outlook Today, styles, the
picture of each style is a blank box with red X.

an Office/Outlook XP installation I now have a continuous
call to Win Installer routines whenever Outlook is run
until all email messages are downloaded.

when attempting to install BCM the message comes up that the "wizard was interrupted" and BCM cannot install and to try later.  Always get same results.

How can I add a second profile to outlook.  I have a cable
modem and connect to outlook w/ pop and smtp.  I want to
be able to see both accts at once.
