Outlook 2003 won't let me use the import/export wizard. I have used the Office Disk and setup wizard to add components, have made sure that all import export engines are selected to run from computer (and all sub folders)

I have reloaded the sw w the instal disk, selected the i/e option - it says it is loading the import/export engine when I reinstall OL, but I can'g get to it under "File".

Upgraded to Office XP Pro. Outlook 2002 works fine except that under customization of Outlook Today, styles, the picture of each style is a blank box with red X. Customization works. prior outlook 2000 worked fine.
