What is the proper way to install Outlook 2000 on an XP desktop in a domain environment so first time users on the machine are not prompted to enter outlook setup information? Do we have to implement roaming profiles?

We are currently using a .prf file for Outlook profile generation. The issue we have run into is that the profiles being generated do not contain a OAB(Outlook Address Book). I have done everything thing I can to try to get his working, is there a catch to it?

"remember password" box is checked in E-mail Account Setup for POP3 Server, but Outlook will NOT remember the password. The "Enter Network Password" box always pops up.
