I have Windows 98 -- I however, for some reason, do not
have Word, Excel, or powerpoint--where do i get these

On 1/8 I posted a message about OL displaying multiple, yet identical
occurancs of the .pst folder in folder view.  First, there's been no
response from anyone and 2nd, I now have FOUR occurances!  And things to be
running progressively slower when in OL.  The 4th occurance happened ...

I have been using Outlook 2000 on my desktop....lots of
addresses, appointments, tasks, notes, email, etc.
I have installed the Outlook from the same disks to a new
laptop.

What is the proper way to install Outlook 2000 on an XP
desktop in a domain environment so first time users on the
machine are not prompted to enter outlook setup
information?  Do we have to implement roaming profiles?

We are currently using a .prf file for Outlook profile generation.  The
issue we have run into is that the profiles being generated do not contain a
OAB(Outlook Address Book).  I have done everything thing I can to try to get
his working, is there a catch to it?

Outlook 2002 is not saving my email passwords.  Everytime I open Outlook 2002, I have to re-enter passwords for my email accounts in order to receive email.  Once I have Outlook 2002 open and I have entered the passwords and as long as I keep Outlook 2002 open it will remember ...
