How can the contacts list be edited to only display the email address not the full name and email address shown in the Display As field? Is there a MS tool/add-in to accomplish this fix on multiple contacts simultaneously?

I am trying to install outlook 2002 onto the O/S windows XP. When I try to open up outlook it tells me that the it can not open up the default email folder. It then asks me to open up the default file system folders.

I have just reformatted and reinstalled my op system. i installed office 2003 outlook reverts back to 2002 in appearance and in the icon in the tray. it lacks the functionality that comes wiht 2003. at first i installed office 2002 and then the upgrade.

i created subfolder calendars under the outlook calendar, but people I gave permission to view it can't even view the subfolder calendars, they can only view the outlook calendar. Is there a way to view the subfolders, if there is can you show me how. thanks

Would appreciate any feedback on how you find Outlook works using Hotmail ? Does it act like a pop3 and it is quick and fast? Or is it like going to the Hotmail.com web site which I usually find slow and frustrating........TNX
