My Outlook 2003 messages are not appearing in the reading pane. Initially thinking this was due to the many programs I had on my AMD 2.4 / 1gb mem I decided to reformat and reinstall win2000 and office2003.

When I go to address book and click on New Entry Internet Mail Address does not show. I have internet email and can send and receive. This option in the address book is not there. How can it be added? Thanks for all help!!!
