I installed Office 2003 (from Microsoft Home Use Program)
and it upgraded the existing Office 2000.  When I start
Outlook it starts the process of migrating the old stuff
and then stops with a error saying "Cannot start

All of a sudden Outlook is running very slow when I am reading any of my mail. Why? It used to be very quick. As soon as I'd highlight a message, it would pop up, now it was at least 5-6 seconds until I can view it.

I have recently had to reinstall my MS Office XP.  I lost
