I recently moved and experienced a crash. I can't locate my original prouct key for my MS Office XP install. Is there any other way to get the original product key off of the CD other than requesting a new one from Microsoft?

Outlook 2003 tells me it's moving messages into the Junk Mail folder, but then it deletes them immediately, so I have no chance to see if it's really junk or not. How do I turn off this auto deletion? There's no mail rules for this. What am I missing?
