I installed MSOffice 2000 standard and everything is
working except Outlook.  When I go into Outlook a pop-up
window comes up say: An OLE registration error has occured.
What is an OLE registration error and how does one fix it ?

Upgraded Exchange 2000 to 2003 and Office XP to Office
2003. Outlook 2003 worked fine. Upgraded server from 2000
to 2003. Now Outlook 2003 will not open. Returns error
that it cannot open folders. Appears to be a rights issue.
